Todd V. Peterson
has been defending the rights of individuals charged with crimes for more
than 14 years. He began his professional career in 1993 as
a law clerk to the Honorable Joseph E. Salland. He is a member and past president of the Stearns/Benton County Bar Association, an adjunct professor at St. Cloud State University, a member of the Minnesota Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association.
Mr. Peterson holds a Juris Doctor
from William Mitchell College of Law, where he was a member of the International
Law Society. He has a Bachelor of Arts in speech communications from the University of Minnesota.
